What happened to Alice after her return to our world from Wonderland?

Return to Wonderland

Alice is trapped in a sanatorium to rid her of her supposed "delusions." Fearing this torture will never end, the White Rabbit and Mad Hatter rescue her and take her back to Wonderland. They need her help... again. The Red Queen has returned and taken the White Princess, Alice's one true love. And the queen is hell-bent on terrorizing Wonderland even worse than before.

The Vulture

Alice is reunited with old friends: Mad Hatter, White Rabbit, Chesire cat, and the hookah-smoking Caterpillar. But the delightful reunion is interrupted by a message from the Red Queen in the form of a terrible monster. Alice must defeat it in a fierce battle and find her way to Rosaline before any more harm can come to her.
